Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the product in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit; ensure the bottle is tightly sealed.
Download Shipping Label
Generate and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and attach it to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
